Deitra Rougeau is the Operations and Program Coordinator at the Crime and Justice Policy Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. In this role, she works closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership to support the Lab’s mission by managing day-to-day operations and overseeing grant administration.
Before joining the Lab, Deitra served as Operations Manager at the California Partnership for Safe Communities, where she provided high-level administrative support to executive leadership, led project logistics, and played a key role in managing grants, budgets, and financial infrastructure during organizational transition.
Deitra holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Communication from California State University, East Bay.
