Caroline La Rochelle is a Senior Program Associate at the Crime and Justice Policy Lab. In this role, she supports a variety of projects related to illegal firearms trafficking, neighborhood greening interventions, opioid harm reduction, and violence reduction in international settings.
Prior to joining CJP, La Rochelle worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s PolicyLab, the University of Pennsylvania Prevention Research Center, and the Philadelphia Mayor’s Office of Education. She has worked closely with communities across Philadelphia, including many programs for youth in the Kensington area. La Rochelle graduated with a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Arizona.
