Julia Reinhold is a Data Analyst with the Department of Criminology at the University of Pennsylvania. She works in partnership with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office to research plea bargaining and the role of actors in the criminal justice system. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Affairs at the George Washington University. Prior to UPenn, Julia worked in economic consulting.
