Laura Mutis is a Program Associate at the Crime and Justice Policy Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. In this role, she primarily helps evaluate programs and initiatives that focus on assisting justice involved individuals returning to their communities.
Before joining CJP, Mutis worked at the Center for Drug and Health Studies at the University of Delaware, where she worked alongside government and non-profit agencies to provide insight into reentry efforts, behavioral programs in prison, and human trafficking in the state of Delaware.
Mutis graduated with a Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, and with undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida.
