Wickizer is a Data Analytics Program Manager at the Crime and Justice Policy Lab embedded with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office as part of the Baltimore Group Violence Reduction Strategy (GVRS). In this position, Wickizer utilizes his knowledge of data and analytics to help inform prosecutors in their implementation of GVRS. Prior to joining the lab’s Baltimore team, Wickizer worked with the Baltimore Police Department, where he held various positions from 2019 to 2024 including: Research Analyst, Information Technology Specialist, and Research Analyst Supervisor.
