Zachary Evans

Evans is a Data Analytics Program Manager at the Crime and Justice Policy Lab embedded with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office as part of the Baltimore Group Violence Reduction Strategy (GVRS). Evans has years of experience as a data and project analyst, with a background in public health and epidemiology. With a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Evans has worked with many different topics including suicide ideation among veterans to minority financing practices. Throughout his career, he has applied advanced analytical techniques to analyze complex datasets and drive policy solutions.
